How to Make a Claim

• Submit Claim Documents: Send an email with all relevant claim documents to claims@solarelleinsurance.com.

Withdrawals

• You can make withdrawals from our ATMs or over the Bank counter. You can also issue cheques from this account up to the balance available in the account.
• At the beginning of the claim process, the insurer will review and process the claim using scanned copies of the necessary documents. However, original copies must be provided once the claim progresses to the settlement stage.
• Note: Refer to the “Claim Evidence” section in the FAQs for the specific documents required for each type of coverage.
