Overall Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst/Project Coordinator will act as the Bank’s primary business‑facing analyst and project coordinator for all IT and process improvement projects. The role is responsible for eliciting and validating business requirements, preparing concise specifications for both internal and external parties, obtaining management approvals, and managing project coordination and communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant and high‑quality delivery.

Job Profile and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, user stories and concise.
  • Engage business stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document clear, testable business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Present proposed solutions and requirement packages to management and governance forums; obtain requisite approvals prior to external engagement.
  • Maintain governance artefacts and ensure traceability of decisions and approvals.
  • Coordinate all development activities within the team, third‑party developers and vendors based on approved requirements.
  • Act as the Bank’s main point of contact for external partners; facilitate clarifications, change requests and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain high‑level project plans, schedules and milestone trackers; monitor progress and escalate as required.
  • Maintain issue, risk and change registers; drive mitigation and resolution with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking and ensure cost control for outsourced project activities.
  • Coordinate UAT with business users and vendors; validate solutions against requirements and manage defect resolution.
  • Coordinate cutover, deployment and post‑implementation support arrangements with vendors and bank operational teams.
  • Provide regular, concise status updates and executive reports to management and project governance forums.
  • Coordinate independent assurance activities (security testing, audits etc.) with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Define expected business benefits; track and report on benefits realization post‑implementation.
  • Capture lessons learned and recommend process or vendor performance improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Fintech or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on digital transformation, innovation, or Fintech will be an added qualification.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Banking and Fintech field not less than 3 years
