Submit Claim Documents:
Send an email with all relevant claim documents to claims@solarelleinsurance.com.
At the beginning of the claim process, the insurer will review and process the claim using scanned copies of the necessary documents. However, original copies must be provided once the claim progresses to the settlement stage.
