ASSISTANT MANAGER – CREDIT

Responsibilities

  • Assist Head of Credit to manage all aspects of credit operations of the Bank.
  • Innovate and develop lending products to cater to the needs of the local market and actively promote retail banking products.
  • Direct participation in preparation of facility papers and assist Head of Credit in implementation, monitoring and reviewing credit risk management measures and customer service standards of the Bank.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the systems and procedures laid down by the Bank and Regulators.

Applicant’s Profile

  • Sufficient knowledge in credit facilities, evaluation process and credit administrative functions relating to retail, SME and corporate customers.
  • Dynamic and hardworking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be self-motivated, proactive, versatile and efficient.
  • Leadership qualities and proven ability to initiate and implement action plans.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field from a recognized University or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ of work experience in the Banking industry with a minimum 2 years’ of work experience in Credit.
  • For Maldivian Nationals only.
