ASSISTANT IT OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • To assist and provide immediate system support to all users in terms of maintenance, set up and trouble shoot of hardware and software.
  • To assist and plan in undertaking the installation, repair and routine monitoring and maintenance of computers and network equipment.
  • To assist and provide logistical and other forms of support and liaise with them and other Departments of the Bank, in keeping with the functions handled by such Department.
  • To assist and ensure that the job responsibilities are carried out, and or managed within the parameters/ time frame assigned, in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the Bank.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards.

  • Prior experience in the IT will be an advantage.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 credit passes in GCE O-level/Cambridge Examinations.
  • Minimum 2 credit passes in GCE A-level/Oxford Examinations or equivalent (Pre- University)
  •  Degree or any other professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage..
  • For Maldivian Nationals only.

Remuneration

  • Monthly salary: MVR 12,000 (Commensurate to the qualifications and experience).
